Immaculately clean hotel, flexible staff, well-equipped and beautifully maintained room. Savoury breakfast with various food choices. Excellent and perfect location in the centre of the City, good restaurants in the local area. Besides, very convenient to The Icelandic Opera.

Breakfast was great ,very good continental buffet included ,with eggs ,cold meats ,toasts ,pastries ,juices ,coffee etc . Rooms were perfect & warm as it was -5 outside 😳. Staff were very friendly .
My only real complaint ,bathrooms need modernising ,bit dated ,& also having laminate wood flooring ,you hear every footstep when people come back to their rooms , especially this time of year as it's winter so everyone is wearing big boots .
